In this month’s meeting, we’ll be discussing housing policy in NSW. The Future Party has a draft policy that we want to take to the NSW election which will:

• Allow increased density
• Reduce regulations that choke housing supply
• Replace stamp duty with a land tax to reduce the impact that stamp duty has on property prices.
